MONTE Delivers One DHC-6-300 Aircraft to Soneva Holdings and Announces Zero Emission Aviation Partnership

MONTE is pleased to announce that it has completed the financing and delivery of one DHC-6-300 aircraft on lease to Soneva Holdings, a luxury resort operator in the Maldives. The aircraft will operate routes from the capital Malé to Soneva’s resorts in the Maldives.

In addition, MONTE is excited to announce that is has signed an agreement with Soneva Holdings to explore the conversion of Soneva’s fleet to zero emission propulsion technologies. Soneva is the latest operator to sign such a partnership with MONTE, as they look to reduce emissions from their operations in line with their sustainability goals. MONTE will work with Soneva to identify the most suitable zero emission propulsion technology for their operations, and will offer financing for the conversion of Soneva’s fleet once this technology is approved and certified. We are excited to work with the Soneva team on this journey towards zero emission aviation!
